Chat Automatical Overtime Response

 

        During a chat, it is normal that overtime happens. LiveReception provides automatical overtime response.

        There are several occasions for overtime.

 

1st Occasion

        A visitor requests a live chat, but the operator didn't accept the chat in time. The system would give the visitor an automatic response.

        As the image below.

 

        The way to set this overtime remind:

        Option -- Parameter Setting -- Dialog -- Automatical response -- Customer requesting overtime

 

 

2nd occasion

        The chat is in progress, but the operator didn't reply in time. The system would give the visitor an automatic response.

        As the image below.

 

        The way to set this overtime remind:

        Option -- Parameter Setting -- Dialog -- Automatical response -- Customer waiting reply overtime

 

 

3rd occasion:

        The chat is in progress, but the visitor didn't reply in time. The system would give the visitor an automatic response.

        As the image below.

 

        The way to set this overtime remind:

        Option -- Parameter Setting -- Dialog -- Automatical response -- Customer replying overtime

 

 

4th occasion:

        The chat is in progress, but the visitor didn't reply for a long time. The system would give the visitor an automatic response, and shut the chat down.
